How can cellulites be treated? Is there a cure for cellulite? With the recent development and discoveries in the medical world in this era, treatment and cure for cellulite has not been proven and properly looked into just yet. However there are many treatment and cure suggested and practiced all throughout the world but is clearly stipulated as unproven in the medical language.

Suggested therapeutic treatments

Pneumatic massage : Is an air therapy massage designed for improved blood and hormonal circulation, body cleansing, detoxification and lymph drainage

Heat therapy : Deep muscle therapy with the use of thermal products, the other name is thermotherapy. It is the application of heat to the body for the relief of pain and for promotion and development of good health system. The therapeutic effects of heat therapy include the increase in the extensibility of collagen tissues, increasing blood flow, decrease in the stiffness of joints, relief of pain and muscle spasms, reduces inflammation, and for better physical healing.

Ultrasound Therapy : Method of stimulating the tissue beneath the skin’s surface using very high frequency sound waves, it has three benefits, first it increases the blood flow and circulation thus it hastens the healing process, relieves pain and reduces swelling in the affected area, and gentle massage of the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the affected area which softens any scar tissue.

Radio Frequency therapy : Lifts and tightens the skin without invasive surgery. It is based on high frequency waves that heat the dermis and the collagen fibers of the skin

Magnetic therapy : It’s a pseudo scientific alternative medicine involving the use of static magnetic fields, it uses specific magnets to heal parts of the body by exposing or increasing the magnetic fields

Radial waves therapy : Application of high acoustic pulses, transmitted into the tissues of the affected parts of the body to encourage it to heal faster

Endermologie : Connective tissue treatment which combines mechanical stimulation and gentle aspiration

Electrical stimulation : Uses tiny electrical impulses during therapy which promotes healing and strengthens muscles.

There are pharmacology products or drugs believed to treat, remove, stop, cure and prevent cellulite, but again all of these products are still unproven to be effective. These are used topically, orally, or by injection.

Cellulite creams are said to dissolve fats and smoothen the skin, however it has not been established and proven that these creams are effective in cellulite prevention or removal. They can even be harmful or dangerous to some people often due to allergic reactions.

Liposuction : Surgical removal of fat deposits from the body, but it only removes fat and not cellulites it may even worsen the appearance of the cellulite.

Mesotherapy :  Involves injecting substances like vitamins, amino acids, minerals, enzymes into the tissue just beneath the skin. It may break down fat and improve the appearance of the cellulite, but it also has risks which includes swelling, infection, and uneven contours of the parts of your body.

Laser Treatment : It uses laser energy to handle cellulite. T can melt fat under the skin and stimulate collagen production.
